CONTRACT STAFFING FAQS

  • Training date: Monday, March 4th @ 6 PM, location TBD.

  • Available shifts on March 16th, 2024:

    • Early: 8 AM - 4 PM

    • Late: 4 PM - Midnight

    • Full: 8 AM - Midnight

  • Available Roles:

    • Bartending (emphasis on pouring beer and opening cans, no proper bartending experience necessary)

    • Entrance (ticket purchase, scanning tickets, handing out VIP swag, set-up, tear-down)

    • Sponsor/vendor support

    • Sustainability

  • Requirements: Must be 21+, While some customer service or hospitality experience is preferred, it is not necessary.

  • Wage: $25 an hour

    • β€œAre bartenders allowed to keep tips?” We are offering $25 an hour and a fixed cost for all drinks. In years past we've worked with a physical drink ticket system but this year we will be offering credit card, tap-to-pay, and RFID wristband options to our attendees to pay for drinks. Since our attendees are paying for an entry, we are striving to make the drink purchase experience as seamless as possible. We are confident this will be a much more efficient and enjoyable experience for both our attendees and our staff!

  • Payment: Via check by mail, 2 weeks after the event. W9 required.

  • Perks:

    • Free shift meals, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages.

    • Staff sweatshirt.
